I currently reside in Marin County, CA (approximately 25 miles north of San Francisco), where I
maintain my art studio. I spend summers painting in the Loire Valley, France, where I have
maintained a home and studio since 1991 in a small village with a significant international artist
population. I have always had a strong orientation toward international cultures and art, and since
graduating from college have lived overseas in Japan, Hong Kong, the Philippines and France for
almost 20 years. I am happily married and have two wonderful sons.

Having lived outside of the US from 1990 to 2006 (primarily in Tokyo and Hong Kong), my work is
held mostly in the personal collections of international business and financial executives of various
nationalities (American, British, French, Canadian, Chinese, etc.) and by several notable Japanese
families and politicians including Yoshi Nogami, former Deputy Foreign Minister and current
Ambassador to the United Kingdom and the Yamazaki family, owners of the largest privately owned
art museum in Japan.
